Portfolio management software. [Desktop] Portfolio management software. [Web-based] A website like deviantART, Absolute Arts, Flickr, etc. A pen and paper cataloguing system. My mind. I just know where everything is and the status of each piece. No, really. None of the above. I don't keep track of what I've created or sold. My studio is a scary mess. Something not mentioned.. I'll explain below.
